Product Description
Adopting mature ring hammer impact crushing technology, this ring hammer crusher is powered by a high-speed rotating rotor that drives ring hammers to strike incoming materials with strong impact force. After primary impact crushing, raw materials receive compound forces of extrusion, shearing and friction grinding between ring hammers, crushing plates and screen plates, which thoroughly breaks down materials to the required particle size.
The machine is equipped with a self-separating impurity removal structure. Small particles that meet discharge standards pass smoothly through the gaps of the screen plates for finished output. Hard foreign matters including iron blocks, wood scraps and large hard stones that cannot be crushed will be automatically diverted into the dedicated metal removal chamber instead of staying inside the crushing cavity. This design prevents rigid foreign objects from hitting core wearing parts, reduces equipment failure risks, extends the service life of hammers and liners, and guarantees long-term stable, uninterrupted crushing operation.
It is widely applicable for medium and fine crushing of medium-hard brittle materials in mining, construction aggregate, coal and waste recycling industries.
