SHQ series full hydraulic cone crusher is optimized and upgraded on the basis of traditional cone crushing equipment, abandoning complex redundant structural design. It has the characteristics of simple overall structure, flexible operation, convenient maintenance and low comprehensive manufacturing and operating cost. The whole machine adopts modular assembly design, and all wearing parts and core components can be disassembled, inspected and maintained from the top or side of the equipment, greatly saving maintenance time and labor cost.
Equipped with an independent circulating thin oil lubrication system and high-performance non-contact labyrinth sealing components, the equipment achieves zero-wear sealing operation, effectively blocking dust invasion and greatly extending the service life of bearings and core transmission parts. The product covers four models: SHQ300 (910mm movable cone), SHQ400 (1200mm), SHQ500 (1395mm) and SHQ600 (1650mm). The equipment adopts a simplified and reliable transmission structure. The motor transmits power through the horizontal shaft and gear set to drive the eccentric sleeve to rotate, and the movable cone swings periodically to realize material extrusion and crushing. The independent thin oil lubrication station provides continuous circulating cooling and lubrication for bearings, eccentric sleeves and other high-speed operating parts, avoiding high-temperature wear and dry friction damage.
The optimized labyrinth sealing structure completely isolates internal moving parts from external dust and impurities, ensuring clean operation inside the equipment. The full hydraulic protection system undertakes overload protection and cavity clearing work, reducing equipment failure caused by human operation and material impurities, and further reducing daily maintenance workload.
